Registration Information

Everyone attending any portion of the conference or tabletop show must be registered.

Conference Registration Options

• Register online
  
• Fill out the PDF registration form and email to Jamie Adams.
  
• Call 562-799-5509 and register over the phone.

We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Deadlines

• Pay by Wednesday, February 18, 2026 for the best registration rates.
• The last day to reserve an exhibitor table is February 18.

Policies 

• Retired employees of member companies can register at the spouse registration rate and will receive all the benefits of full conference registration.
• Delayed billing option: we can delay charging your credit card until the discount deadline, Wednesday, February 18. If you’d prefer this option, contact the Pac-West office.
• Optional and social activities are only available to those who have registered for the conference (unless noted).
• Cancelations after February 18 must be made in writing and are subject to a $95 per person processing fee. 
• No refunds will be issued after Monday, March 2, 2026.
• Attendee substitution is permitted. 
• Registration and attendance at or participation in this conference constitute an agreement by the registrant to Pac-West’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.
• Only registered Exhibitors will be allowed to distribute promotional material within the exhibit hall.
