Policies

• If there is a spouse/guest in your party who cannot attend all the conference social functions, please let us know. We can provide pricing for individual events instead of the full Spouse/Guest registration fee, but we do require they be registered by August 22.
• Children are always welcome at Pac-West conferences, but we do require they be registered by August 22.
• Children 12 years of age or younger can attend the conference events at no charge. Does not include optional events.
• Children over 12 years of age will be charged per event; just let us know what they will attend, and we will provide pricing.
• Retired employees of member companies can register at the spouse registration rate and receive all the benefits of a full conference registration.
• Requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests made after August 22 are subject to a $95 per person processing fee.
• No refunds will be issued after September 2.
• Attendee substitution is permitted with advance notice.
• Registration and attendance at or participation in Pac-West conferences and events constitute an agreement by the registrant to Pac-West's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.

Pac-West COVID-19 Event Policy
Pacific-West Fastener Association is committed to protecting persons attending association meetings and events, including members, staff, guests, speakers, vendors, and other support personnel such as security guards, AV technicians, food service workers, and the like (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Attendees”).  As such, all event Attendees shall follow federal, state, and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 in effect at the time of the event.
