 Navigating the Future of Artificial Intelligence Thursday, March 7, 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM Samuel Maury-Holmes is an up-and-coming economist on the Fiscal and Social Impact team at Beacon Economics with work history in AI research and AI startup tracking. His presentation will define Artificial Intelligence, outline the technology as it exists now, address the future of AI (from doom to utopia), and lay out the foundations for how you might leverage AI in your own businesses. Samuel Maury-Holmes leads the economic, fiscal, and social impact practice area at Beacon Economics, LLC. He was formerly a senior research associate in the regional and sub-regional practice area and supported the firm’s sustainable growth and development work. In this class we will explore the relationship between strength and hardness in fastener materials and how the various fastener specifications, both inch and metric, classify fasteners according to both.
