2023 Fall Dinner Meeting and Vendor Showcase

It’s time for our annual What’s New? What’s Next? fall dinner program!
Presenters, Jamie Lawrence of AVK, Tim Roberto Jr. of Star Stainless Screw, and Jun Xu of Brighton-Best International will bring us up-to-date with what's new with stainless steel and carbon fasteners, along with what we can expect from our suppliers in the future.

Registration Fees

• Pac-West members $75
• Non-members $95
• Rates go up $20 on Friday, September 22

Vendor showcase companies will be listed on all event marketing and will have the opportunity to introduce their company during the meeting announcements.

Vendors are provided one six-foot table with chairs and should plan to arrive at the Holiday Inn no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the event.

• The fee for a vendor showcase table is $250 per company
• Up to eight companies can participate at each dinner meeting
• The vendor table fee does not include attendee registration
• Selection is on a first-come, first-served basis
• Available to Pac-West members only

• Because of our obligation to the meeting venue, all no-shows will be invoiced for full registration fees.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Thursday, September 21.
• The deadline to register is midnight on Monday, September 25.

Parking
If you park on the east side of the hotel, you will need a parking permit for your car. Click here to print a copy and place it on your dashboard.

Hotel
Attendees are eligible for special room rates of $129 or $139 (plus tax). These rates are for Coast Aluminum but we have been authorized to use them. Click here to make your reservation online, or call the hotel (714-739-8500) and use the group rate for Coast Aluminum.
