Exhibitor Information

The Pacific-West Fastener Association is proud to announce our 2022 Tabletop Show, to be held Thursday, March 17, during our Spring Conference at The Westin Anaheim Resort in Anaheim, California.

We will offer complimentary advance registration to all fastener distributors who want to attend just the tabletop portion of the conference. This will increase your exposure to the Southern California market and to Pac-West members. In 2020 more than 300 people participated in this event.

We have several registration options for exhibitors. These are early registration rates and will increase approximately three weeks prior to the event. Registration for non-exhibitors will open in early December.

$845 for one person
$595 for each additional person

$1,045 for one person
$795 for each additional person

Tabletop Show Exhibitor Only
(Includes Wednesday Reception)

$500 for one person
$150 for each additional person

$700 for one person
$195 for each additional person


Each exhibitor is limited to one table only.

All exhibitors confirmed as of November 24 will be listed in the conference registration brochure.

All exhibitors will be listed on the Pac-West website.

To reserve exhibit space, fill out the 2022 Exhibitor Agreement and send to Jamie Adams.

Exhibit space is not confirmed until the paperwork has been filed and fees have been paid.

 

If electrical power is needed, there is an additional fee of $75 and your table will be placed along the perimeter of the conference hall near an outlet. Click here for more information.

Pac-West COVID-19 Event Policy
Pacific-West Fastener Association is committed to protecting persons attending association meetings and events, including members, staff, guests, speakers, vendors, and other support personnel such as security guards, AV technicians, food service workers, and the like (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Attendees”).  As such, all event Attendees shall follow federal, state, and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 in effect at the time of the event.
