Registration Fees and Policies
How To Register
- Online at www.pac-west.org. Click here to register online.
- Call 877-606-5232 and register over the phone
- Use the enclosed registration form and fax it to 877-607-5232
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Deadlines
Pay by February 24 for the best rates.
Policies
- We are not able to offer registration fees for individual functions, except for minor children.
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing prior to March 9, 2012 and are subject to a $75 per person processing fee.
- No requests for refunds will be accepted after March 9, 2012.
- Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite.
- Registration and attendance at or participation in Pac-West conferences and events constitutes an agreement by the registration to Pac-West's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.
Full conference registration includes
- All education on Friday, March 23 and Saturday, March 24
- Business Owners Forum
- Business Executives Forum
- Hospitality
- Reception and dinner on Friday, March 23
- Lunch on Saturday, March 24
- Coffee breaks
Single day registration fee for Friday, March 23 includes all events scheduled for that day:
- General session featuring Ann marie Houghtailing
- Hospitality
- Coffee Breaks
- Business Owners Forum
- Business Executives Forum
- Reception and Dinner
Single day registration fee for Saturday, March 24 includes all events scheduled for that day:
- General session featuring Dr. Esmael Adibi, Todd Baker and Ed Thometz
- Hospitality
- Coffee Breaks
- Lunch and Ignite Sessions
Spouse/companion registration fee for the entire conference includes:
- Spouse Program
- Hospitality
- Friday Reception and Dinner
- Saturday Lunch and Ignite Sessions
Spouses/companions who plan to attend the educational sessions do not qualify for the special spouse rate and should register at the full or single-day conference rates.
Special offer to nonmembers
If you submit an application for membership in Pac-West by April 30, 2012, we will apply the difference between the member and non-member conference rate toward your annual membership dues!
