Regular Membership
Any firm, corporation, multi-lined company, and/or individual sales representative engaged in the distribution, importing, manufacturing, and/or secondary processing (including, but not limited to plating, testing, heat treating and applying locking elements) of mechanical fasteners primarily within the thirteen (13) western United States of Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, and western Canada is eligible to become a Regular Member of this Association, with full voting and any other privileges, if qualified under such guidelines as the Membership Committee may provide.
Applicants must be located in North America.
Submission of the online membership application does hereby authorize the Pacific-West Fastener Association Board of Directors or a delegation thereof to independently investigate and verify all the information contained herein. Any misrepresentation of material facts contained herein may be a ground for non-approval of an application or for removal from Pac-West membership, if discovered subsequent to the approval of the application for membership.
Submission of the online membership application also expressly gives consent to the receipt of all communications from Pac-West transmitted by facsimile, telephone, e-mail or postal mail.
Membership dues or other payments to Pac-West are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
