Our hospitality hours provide great opportunities for meeting and greeting fellow members and guests. Beverages and snacks always are available and are complimentary. Play a game of cards, watch some videos of past conferences, browse through the photo albums, chat with some old friends, make some new friends, and unwind. That's what we're here for.
Friday Reception & Dinner
Friday's reception and dinner promises to include a fun activity that will keep you smiling.
Immediately preceding the dinner is an invitation-only reception for conference guests, new members and first-time attendees.
Saturday Lunch
Enjoy lunch with all conference attendees, prior to our program on "Pac-West Member Benefits.”
Reception at Suzanne Dukes' Residence
Saturday evening Suzanne Dukes of Hayes Bolt & Supply graciously invites conference attendees to her home for a reception. Nestled in a canyon near the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego, Suzanne's home retains many features from when it was built in the 1920s. Good food, good times and live music await you. Transportation will be provided.
A special spouse/companion registration fee is offered, which includes these four functions only (and does not include any of the educational programs or optional events).
